Chris Kidd

Founder & Managing Member

Chris Kidd is the Founder and Managing Member of RGR Infrastructure Services, LLC. With more than 32 years of leadership experience spanning military service, infrastructure development, engineering, environmental management, and industrial project execution, Chris brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to infrastructure project delivery.

Throughout his career, Chris has led multidisciplinary teams and supported complex capital projects across a broad range of infrastructure sectors. His experience includes project development, environmental compliance, construction oversight, stakeholder coordination, and strategic program leadership. Chris has developed a reputation for building strong client relationships, fostering collaboration, and delivering projects with a focus on quality, accountability, and long-term operational success.

At RGR, Chris is responsible for the company's strategic direction, business development, client relationships, and overall corporate leadership. He remains actively engaged with clients and project teams to ensure every engagement reflects the firm's commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and trusted advisory support.

Jerel Bogdan, PE

EVP, Engineering & Technical Services

Jerel Bogdan, PE, serves as EVP of Engineering & Technical Services for RGR Infrastructure Services, LLC. As the firm's technical lead, Jerel provides engineering leadership, technical oversight, and quality assurance across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects.

Jerel brings extensive experience in engineering design, technical review, constructability, and project execution, with particular expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure, utility systems, environmental engineering, and civil/site development. His practical understanding of infrastructure systems, combined with a strong focus on constructability and operational performance, enables him to help clients develop technically sound and executable solutions.

At RGR, Jerel leads technical services activities including engineering coordination, design review, constructability assessments, and technical quality assurance. His commitment to engineering excellence and practical problem-solving strengthens the firm's ability to deliver reliable, high-quality infrastructure solutions for both public and private sector clients.

Katie Kidd

Marketing, Communications & Administration

Katie Kidd leads Marketing, Communications, and Administrative Support functions for RGR Infrastructure Services, LLC. She is responsible for managing the firm's brand presence, marketing communications, website content, proposal support, qualifications packages, and corporate communications initiatives.

Katie brings more than two decades of experience in strategic insights, communications, and client-focused consulting. Her expertise in messaging, content development, stakeholder engagement, and brand strategy supports RGR's commitment to presenting a professional, consistent, and credible presence across all client-facing materials.

At RGR, Katie oversees the development and maintenance of marketing assets, branding standards, proposal materials, and digital communications while supporting the firm's broader business development efforts. She plays a key role in ensuring that RGR's communications reflect the company's values of professionalism, responsiveness, technical credibility, and client service.
